Plus Promo:

New Plus members will receive one complimentary personal training session upon completion of the upgrade transaction. The complimentary session must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the upgrade date and must take place at the same YMCA health & fitness centre where the upgrade was completed. The offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is subject to all applicable YMCA of Greater Toronto membership policies. The YMCA reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice. Offer expires January 31, 2026.
