The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care and camp services. Free parking is available on-site for members.

YMCA Early Learning and Care programs offered at this location provide children with the support they need to make a seamless transition to full-day kindergarten.

A strong start to a healthy future

At the Y, we believe that children learn best when their natural activity of play is encouraged. Our curriculum, YMCA Playing to Learn™, offers programming focused on fostering a child’s enthusiasm and capacity for lifelong learning through active and quiet play experiences. Qualified YMCA educators will engage in play activities with your child that stimulate early learning while enhancing their social, emotional, and physical development, building their confidence, and developing essential school readiness skills.

Day Camp Programs

Our Mississauga Y Day Camp is an air-conditioned facility with a gymnasium, program rooms and green space. Campers will participate in a recreational swim twice a week in the 50m pool. Camp operates 9:00am–4:00pm, extended hours are available on site from 7:30–9:00am and 4:00– 6:00pm for an additional fee. We offer summer, winter and march break camp options!

Summer Day Camp programs range from arts and science to sports, swimming, leadership, outdoor adventures and more! Registration for Summer 2025 opens on January 13, 2025.

Day Camp is also offered during Winter and March Break at a reduced number of locations across the GTA to help with your school break care.

Youth Programs

Join the Mississauga Y to make new friends, learn new skills, access counselling, or try some of the programs and services we've designed just for youth.

We host a range of leadership development programs for youth, an annual Youth Triathlon, a Girls’ Health and Wellness program, and the most popular, widely attended Teen Nights of any Y in the GTA.

For individuals ages 30 and up, you'll get unlimited access to all our amenities and program areas, group fitness classes, and drop-in sports and rec programs. Our Plus amenities are not included in this offer.

Young Adult (15-29)
For individuals age 15-29, you'll get unlimited access to all our amenities and program areas, group fitness classes, and drop-in sports and rec programs. Our Plus amenities are not included in this offer.

Adult Plus
For individuals age 22 and up. Enjoy everything that comes included with an Adult General membership, PLUS extra amenities such as saunas, whirlpools, steam rooms, lounges, and workout areas, as well as complimentary towel service and tea/coffee.

*Family General
For a maximum of two adults living at the same address, and any number of dependents aged 21 years or younger. You'll get unlimited access to all our amenities and program areas (except our Plus amenities), group fitness classes, and drop-in sports and rec programs for every individual on the membership. Please note, age restrictions may apply to some programming.

*Family Plus
For a maximum of two adults living at the same address, and any number of dependents aged 21 years or younger. Only members age 22 and up may access the Plus amenities, which include saunas, whirlpools, steam rooms, lounges, and workout areas, as well as complimentary towel service and tea/coffee. All individuals on the membership will get unlimited access to our group fitness classes and drop-in sports and rec programs. Please note, age restrictions may apply to some programming.
