Description
Come enjoy some quality family time in beautiful Muskoka this summer at Camp Pine Crest! Programs will include swimming, canoeing, archery, sailing, arts and crafts, high ropes and much more!
Arrival begins at 11:00am on Sunday July 26th with Lunch served at 12:30pm. Departure from Camp is after Lunch on Friday July 31st. The week includes 3 meals/day & snacks, accommodation in our lodges, and staff-led programming throughout the days and evenings. Mornings will contain age-group activities to provide parents with some time away from their kids and afternoons & evenings will have family programs that you can attend together. Accommodations are in our Lodges which are dorm-style buildings with washrooms in the building. Your family will be allocated two rooms in a lodge. Each room has two bunk beds in it (sleeps max 4). Our Lodges are accessible. If you have a specific lodge or lodge-mate request please indicate it at the time of registration. Please note that we can't guarantee that you will get your requested lodge/lodge-mates but we will do our best and communicate with you if we aren't able to give your first choice. Lodges/rooms will be allocated once the event registration is complete.

Please note, transportation to and from this event is not included.
Please register and list names and ages for all family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally please let us know if you are hoping to live in a specific lodge at camp.
Payment: you have the option to pay the full fee up front or to pay a 25% deposit up front and have the remainder of the fee charged to the payment method associated with your account on June 26th, 2026 (one month before the activity dates).

Note: Your first participant for your booking will need to be an adult and should be the main person we will contact regarding your booking.
Please include names, ages, and dietary restrictions/food allergies for each individual registered.
PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant's registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:
- a full refund minus the admin fee of $30 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity
- if it's less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost
- if it's less that 7 days we refund 25% of the cost
- medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor's note get a full refund no matter the timing
- we don't offer refunds for inclement weather
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) or are dismissed from the camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
