Come enjoy some quality family time in Muskoka during maple sugaring season at Camp Pine Crest! Weekend programs will surround our maple sugaring operation and include tapping trees, collecting sap, boiling sap, a tour of our boiling operation and sugar bush, and of course some sweet treats! There miiiiight even be some pancakes on the menu! The weekend will also include classic camp programs like high ropes, archery, fire building, arts & crafts & more!
Arrival begins at 5:00PM on Friday March 20, with a buffet dinner served from 6:00PM - 7:00PM. The weekend includes 3 meals/day & snacks, accommodation in our lodges, and staff-led, maple-themed programming throughout the days and evenings. Mornings will contain age-group activities to provide parents with some time away from their kids and afternoons & evenings will have family programs that you can attend together. Departure is after Lunch on Sunday March 22. Accommodations are in our Lodges which are dorm-style buildings - you'll have your own room(s) for your family but can expect to share the building and washrooms with other families. We will allocate rooming once registration is complete.

Please note, transportation to and from this event is not included.
Please register and list names and ages for all family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally please let us know if you are hoping to share a lodge with any other registered families.

Note: Your first participant for your booking will need to be an adult and should be the main person we will contact regarding your booking.
PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant's registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:
- a full refund minus the admin fee of $30 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity
- if it's less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost
- if it's less that 7 days we refund 25% of the cost
- medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor's note get a full refund no matter the timing
- we don't offer refunds for inclement weather
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) or are dismissed from the camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
