Description
Come celebrate Mike & Nicola at Camp Pine Crest! This is a private event and only open to those who have been invited by Mike & Nicola.
This booking is for the full weekend at Pine Crest. This includes:- a cabin or lodge to stay in on Friday & Saturday Night- Friday Dinner- Saturday Breakfast- Saturday Lunch- The proceedings Saturday afternoon/evening/night- Sunday Rolling Brunch- Pine Crest activities like Canoeing, Swimming, Archery, High Ropes, etc. on Friday afternoon as well as Saturday and Sunday in the mornings
This program is registered 'family style'. The first person registered is the main contact for your group from a Pine Crest perspective and must be an adult. From there you add the names & fees for the rest of the people in your party. While registering please let us know if you are looking to share a cabin/lodge with anyone who isn't a part of your immediate booking as well as if you have any specific cabin/lodge requests at camp. Please also let us know about any dietary restrictions that any of your party members have and be as specific as possible when describing them (the more we know the better we can accommodate!).

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant's registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:
- a full refund minus the admin fee of $30 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity
- if it's less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost
- if it's less that 7 days we refund 25% of the cost
- medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor's note get a full refund no matter the timing
- we don't offer refunds for inclement weather
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) or are dismissed from the camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
