SWSE 2024 Photo & Video Contest

The SWSE Photo & Video Contest invites program participants to share their exchange experiences on Instagram.

Each week during the program (June 29- August 10, 2024), we'll announce a new theme on our social channels. Take photos or videos to match the weekly theme and post them on Instagram with the hashtag #SWSExplore for your chance to win great prizes! Don't forget to tag us using @ymcaexchanges.

Winners can pick one of the following $50 gift cards:

• Cineplex
• Amazon
• Uber Eats/DoorDash
• Mastercard

How to Participate:

• Be a youth participant of the SWSE 2024 program
• Follow YMCA Exchanges on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Use the hashtag #SWSExplore and tag us with @ymcaexchanges when posting your photos and videos
• Use your public Instagram account to share your photos and videos
• Post multiple photos and videos during the week

How to Ace Your Contest Submissions:

• Follow the weekly theme
• Post high-quality photos and videos
• Write a short caption that explains what’s in the photo or video
• Be creative and have fun!

The weekly theme will be announced every Monday at 1 pm EST, and content submissions will close at 11:59 pm EST on Sundays.

Each week, two contest winners will be announced on our social accounts.
