Description
To become a certified CycleFit Instructor, participants will first complete the included YMCA Basic Fitness Theory course. Following this, they will be required to complete the YMCA CycleFit e-learning modules, as well as 2 days of in person learning.
The YMCA CycleFit Instructor Course is designed to certify people to deliver group fitness classes in the style of CycleFit (formerly known as Spin classes) only.
Location
The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.

Notes
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
