Join us at YMCA Cedar Glen for our Summer Family Camp Weekend! This day pass is a great option for families that live locally and/or those that are not quite ready for an overnight stay.
The experience includes access to Family Camp on both Saturday & Sunday (note: we do not have a single day option at this time), 3 meals (lunch & dinner on Saturday; lunch on Sunday) and staff-led programming. Mornings will contain age-group activities to provide parents with some time away from their kids and afternoons will have family programs that you can attend together.
Saturday, July 18th arrival is 9:00am and departure is 9:00pm.Sunday, July 19th arrival is 9:00am and departure is 4:00pm.
Our kitchen staff will prepare nutritious, tasty meals along with a nightly snack for everyone. Individuals who have dietary needs (ie. vegetarian, gluten-free, a specific food allergy) enjoy a menu modified to suit their needs. Dietary information is captured from individuals at registration and later confirmed by our Outdoor Centre team.
You will be provided with a suggested packing list a few weeks in advance of the start of camp.
Please note: overnight accommodation and transportation to and from YMCA Cedar Glen are not included.

Situated on 263 acres of the Oak Ridges Moraine, YMCA Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre is the perfect place for children, youth and adults to grow in confidence and learn new skills. Cedar Glen welcomes outdoor education, retreat and conference groups, offering meals in our dining hall, overnight accommodations, meeting facilities and outdoor experiential education programs. Day camp runs during summer and school breaks, and a modern child care centre provides licensed care in the natural setting.
