Calling all Pine Crest Alumni, join us for our Spring Alumni Weekend! Reconnect with old friends, introduce your family to our classic Pine Crest activities and maybe even try some new ones!
Arrival begins at 6pm on Friday May 29th - there isn't dinner that night but a hearty evening snack will be put out around 8pm as folks get settled in to their accommodations. The fees include all weekend meals (plus snacks!), accommodation in our cabins and staff-led programming throughout the days and evenings. Saturday will be a full 'camp' day with breakfast/lunch/dinner and camp activities throughout. Sunday we'll have brunch all together before some last programs and we ask that cabins are all moved out of by 1:00pm. Programming for the weekend will be flexible based on the ages and interests of the Alumni but may include: canoeing, kayaking, high/low ropes, nature walks, fire building, natural arts, and more!
Registration is set-up "family style". Please register and list names for all family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally, please let us know if you are wanting to share a cabin/lodge with another alumni or family and we'll do our best to accommodate!
A reminder in case it has been a while since you've visited Pine Crest of what a basic packing list for the weekend could look like:
- Sleeping Bag/Bedding & Pillow
- Waterproof/Rain Jacket
- Outdoor shoes, water shoes/sandals (with a backstrap!)
- Everyday/comfortable clothing
- Swim Suit(s)
- Towel & Toiletries
- Sunscreen & Bugspray
- Water Bottle
- Flashlight/Headlamp

Note: Your first participant for your booking will need to be an adult and should be the main person we will contact regarding your booking.
Withdrawal Policy:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant’s registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:• A full refund minus the admin fee of $30.00 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity• If it’s less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost• If it’s less than 7 days we refund 25% of the cost• Medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor’s note get a full refund no matter the timing• We don’t offer refunds for inclement weather
If you are withdrawing due to a medical reason, these must be requested by emailing register@ymcagta.org and must include a Medical Certificate.
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals received on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where the participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or participant’s parent(s)/ guardian(s) or are dismissed from camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
