This is to hold your spot(s) until assistance approval is received. Spots and assistance are not guaranteed, and YMCA assistance is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To register in advance of assistance approval, a credit card will be required for a deposit payment. You will receive a full refund if assistance is not approved, and you choose not to attend the program.

Licensed Club
If you are interested in having your child(ren) only attend a Licensed Club program, a program delivered within a YMCA Child Care centre, please contact the specific location directly.

If you currently attend YMCA Child Care and receive Government Child Care Subsidy, please continue to register online. Your account will be adjusted to reflect this at billing. Continuing to register will secure your child’s space until the YMCA receives confirmation from your local municipality.

Children who receive Government Child Care Subsidy and are interested in attending day camp programming may register for any day camp program that does not include an overnight component. We encourage families to select a different program each week when registering for multiple weeks.

NOTE: Families using City of Toronto Child Care Fee Subsidy, and have an active registration in a YMCA Child Care or YMCA Before and After School program in the City of Toronto, will automatically be registered into a licensed YMCA Summer Club program.

The YMCA reserves the right to amend your child’s registration to the approved municipal rate. If we are unable to receive confirmation of your assisted rate, your child’s registration will be adjusted to be charged the full program fee.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
Request to withdraw from camp can be done through your My Y account before June 1 of the current camp year or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org. You will receive a refund minus the non-refundable administrative fee of 10%. No refunds will be granted for non-medical withdrawals received on or after June 1 of the camp season.
If you are withdrawing due to a medical reason, these can only be done via email and require a medical certificate. You can send your medical request along with the medical certificate to register@ymcagta.org. You will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee.
Refunds will not be issued in instances where the camper is removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the camper or campers' guardians or is dismissed from camp for contravention of camp guidelines or code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
The YMCA reserves the right to amend a registrant’s registration if we are unable to confirm where applicable the registrant’s assisted rate, we will bill at the full cost of the program. Any registration that is subsidized through a third-party agency must be submitted no less than two weeks prior to the start of the program that is being requested.
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
The YMCA further reserves the right not admit or assume responsibility of a participant, if participant’s medical information is not completed and if the authorization is not signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the YMCA prior to the commencement of the registered program.
The YMCA of Greater Toronto and Camp Pine Crest are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen personal gear and/or equipment while participating in our programs.
