Description
Adult swim lessons have a maximum of 10 participants per class, and teach adults fundamental swimming skills, strokes and water safety skills. Instructors are able to tailor each class to suit the students' learning requirements and pace. Moving away from learning to swim, these lessons are for those looking to work on performance and specific techniques to improve their existing skills.
Prerequisite: Participants must have an active membership to the YMCA of Greater Toronto.
Location
For over 35 years, this YMCA has been providing child care, camps, and health and fitness services to members of its diverse surrounding community. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Goggles are recommended for this class.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Make up classes are not offered if the child misses a class for personal reasons. Participants who are registered in the wrong level will be withdrawn.
