PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS:
At the YMCA, we are committed to providing a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants. However, there may be occasions where programs need to be cancelled.
If a program is cancelled due to reasons within the YMCA’s control—such as facility maintenance, staff availability, or scheduling conflicts—a credit will be automatically applied to your account for future use. Make up classes are not available if you miss a program.
Please note that no credits or refunds will be issued for program cancellations resulting from events outside of the YMCA’s control. These include, but are not limited to, severe weather, power outages, or other unforeseen emergencies that impact program delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all members and participants.
