What is mYfitness?
Physical fitness is deeply personal: what works for your best friend won’t necessarily work for you. We want everyone to find the fitness routine that suits them perfectly, which is why our mYfitness services are included in your membership. Our coaches help you set goals, determine which activities are best suited to your unique needs, and develop a plan to help you stay on track.

Your mYfitness coach will show you where to find spaces and equipment throughout your Y, introduce you to your group fitness instructors, and check in on a regular basis to recommend new classes or give you some motivating advice.

mYfitness coaches are available for 30-minute-long private consultations, where you can discuss your goals, health concerns, strengths, and struggles you’ve had in the past. Your mYfitness routine will be designed just for you, to help you overcome those difficulties, and get on the path towards a healthy lifestyle.
